Both Mount Sibayak climbing programs require approximately 2.5 hours for the ascent and 1.5 hours for the descent. DAY 7 BERASTAGI-SAMOSIR ISLAND
After checking out from the hotel, you’ll depart for Samosir Island, an island located in the middle of Lake Toba. On the way to Samosir Island, you’ll stop at a few places, such as a traditional Karo house called “Siwaluh Jabu.” This name literally means “big house,” and it traditionally accommodated eight families living under one roof. During the tour on Samosir Island, we will visit Siallagan Village to see the ancient stone court and learn about the stories of execution punishments. The journey then continues to Holbung Hill to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Toba, followed by a visit to Efrata Waterfall and the Tele Viewing Tower,than returning to the hotel.
