– 07:00 AM – Hotel Pick-up
Meet at your hotel and drive to Sidamanik Village (approx. 3 hours).
– 10:00 AM – Arrival & Briefing
Meet your local coffee guide and enjoy a short introduction about Sidamanik’s coffee heritage.
– 10:30 AM – Coffee Journey
– Walk to the coffee plantation.

– Join the farmers in coffee harvesting.
– Learn about processing from cherry to green bean.
– Experience traditional & Roastery Machine roasting methods.
– Take part in a cupping session to taste different flavor profiles of Sidamanik coffee.
– 01:00 PM – Lunch
Enjoy a local lunch in the village or at the plantation.
– 03:00 PM – Return to Medan
Drive back to Medan after completing the program.
